These Terms of Service govern your use of naticure.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Natalia Shaipova ("Naticure"), 87 Bd Sadi Carnot, 06110 Le Cannet, France.

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Shipping

Physical products are shipped to France, EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Canada, and Ukraine. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates only. Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

Physical products: You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective. Contact support@naticure.com to initiate a return.

Online courses: Due to the digital nature of course content, all course sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the course description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, contact us at support@naticure.com.

Bundles: Refunds on bundles require the physical products to be returned unused and unopened.

Upon purchasing a course, you receive 1 year of access from the date of purchase. Access is personal and non-transferable. You will receive a sign-in link by email to access the course platform.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or add course content during your access period. We will not remove substantial content without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Naticure and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Naticure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Course content is for educational purposes only. Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following our techniques.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France. EU consumers retain the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
